痛風発作は春に多いが、尿酸値が高値を示すのは夏である。尿酸結晶の析出が低温で起こることを考えても説明がつかない。気象要素だけでなく、食生活やホルモンバランスなども考慮に入れる必要がある。

４.偽痛風と季節

５.一過性股関節炎と季節

３月と６月に多かった。風邪がなんらかの誘因となっている？

６.結論

1）	関節リウマチ：リウマチ症状は日本の文献では、梅雨の時期に悪化し、海外の文献では、リウマチ症状は夏に悪化し、冬に改善する。 リウマチ症状の悪化の原因は、湿度の上昇に強い因果関係がありそうである。
2）	変形性関節症：疼痛は、温度や湿度に影響されているが、季節との関係を述べた文献はなかった。
3）	痛風：春に痛風発作が多い。尿酸値はむしろ夏に高値をしめし、尿酸結晶の析出は低温でおこることを考えると、説明がつかず、食生活やホルモンのバランスなどを考えざるを得ない。
4）	偽痛風：季節とはあまり関係がなさそうである。
5）	一過性股関節炎：３月と６月に多かった。風邪が影響している可能性？
